We are excited to offer this coffee at goodboybob. Marcus first discovered Tres Milagros in 2017 when he met the team at Intelligentsia’s Extraordinary Coffee workshop. When our friend at Cafe Hilm offered this coffee, we hoped it would be something special. Vacuum-packed, boxed, and meticulously transported and warehoused, this coffee represents the culmination of the unique vision of the Tres Milagros Santuario Project.
Harvested at the peak of ripeness, this coffee goes through multiple fermentations. The first fermentation starts at 65 hours with the whole coffee cherry soaked in Mossto (coffee cherry juice) and a second 65-hour fermentation after the skin and half of the pulp is removed. The result is a dynamic, rich coffee with notes of banana, apricot, and cacao nib.
- Producer: Facusse Family and Camilo Merizalde
- Region: Dota, Tarrazú, Costa Rica
- Variety: Bourbon
- Processing: Multi-Stage Mossto Fermentation
- Altitude: 1,500 - 1,700 meters
